4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts 4-6 Canned Pineapple slices ¼ cup J.D. Diggs Honey BBQ Sauce 4-6 slices of Provolone Cheese J.D. Diggs rub or your favorite seasoning Wash chicken breast and pat dry. Sprinkle with J.D. Diggs rub or your favorite seasoning. Place chicken breast over a low to medium charcoal flame approximately 5-7 minutes on each side. When the breast are done remove from the heat and place on a oven ready pan. Brush one side of chicken with J.D. Diggs honey sauce, lay pineapple slice down and cover with provolone cheese. Place dish under the broiler in your oven until the cheese begins to bubble. Eat up and enjoy!

3lbs chopped cooked chicken breast 1\2 cup of J.D. Diggs BBQ Sauce 6oz of your favorite hot sauce 1 16oz bottle of your favorite bottle blue cheese dressing 8 ounces of cream cheese 1 cup grated cheddar cheese Mix chicken, J.D. Diggs BBQ sauce and hot sauce together in a Pyrex glass dish. In a sauce pan slowly cream cheese and blue cheese dressing until cream cheese begins to melt. Pour the mixture over the top of the chicken mixture in the Pyrex dish and cover with grated cheddar cheese. Place in a 350 degree oven until the mixture begins to bubble. Serve with your favorite chip.

2 Large Vidalia Onions or Sweet Onions 1\2 cup of J.D. Diggs Sauce 1\2 cup apple cider vinegar ¼ cup of beer 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper ¼ cup ketchup 1 table spoon of fresh squeezed lemon juice 1-teaspoon salt Slice onions and set aside. In a separate bowl combine J.D. Diggs sauce with, 1\2 cup vinegar, ¼ cup beer, 1 teaspoon beer, 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper, ¼ cup ketchup, 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice and 1 teaspoon salt. Wisk all these ingredients together and put in a sauce pan and bring to boil and cut off. Drop onion slices into sauce pan and let the onions steep in the marinade. Leave in the mixture for at least 15 to 20 minutes, drain off marinade and serve onions. Use remaining marinade as a dip when eating Diggs Dunked Chicken.

Whole Chicken 1\2 cup of J.D. Diggs Sauce 1\2 cup of apple cider vinegar ¼ cup of beer 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper ¼ cup ketchup 1 table spoon of fresh squeezed lemon juice 1-teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon of Diggin’ It Rub Cut up chicken and wash thoroughly. Pat dry and season with J.D. Diggin’ It Rub or your favorite seasoning. Place over low to medium flame on a charcoal grill cook for 15-20 minutes or until done. In a separate bowl combine J.D. Diggs sauce with, 1\2 cup vinegar, ¼ cup beer, 1 teaspoon beer, 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper ¼ cup ketchup, 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice and 1 teaspoon salt. Whisk all these ingredients together and put in a sauce pan and bring to boil and cut off. Once chicken has seared thoroughly on each side begin dipping it to the mixture above each time you turn the chicken on the grill. Once the chicken is done remove from the grill and enjoy. (This is an awesome dish with Diggs Marinated Onions!)

20-30 chicken wings Diggin’ It Rub 1\2 cup J.D. Diggs Sauce 2 Table Spoons of your favorite hot sauce ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce 1\2 cup cider vinegar Wash wings and pat dry. Sprinkle Diggin’ It rub generously over wings. Cook wings over low to medium flame for 5 to 10 minutes until (I prefer to use a charcoal grill but you can use a gas grill.) Turn the wings often. In a separate bowl, mix a 1\2 cup J.D. Diggs sauce with two tablespoons of your favorite hot sauce, ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce with 1\2 cup of vinegar. Once the wings are done, pour the mixture over the wings and place in the microwave for 2 minutes. Serve up and ENJOY…Can you DIGG IT!
